Don't act like it your first time here!

Why they gotta act like they ain't never been to this ER before. Uh uh where is the bathroom, uh I don't know the name of that medicine I think it's dilaudo or something like that, I'm allergic to toradol and morphine.

So on my next encounter I act like I never seen them before:

Me: What brings you to ER today, past medical history, surgeries, allergies, what happens when you take "toradol", family medical history, head to toe, look, listen, feel! Pee in the cup, clean catch of course. I can make go on and on! Then I send in the MD of my choice, they go home with nothing but a little tylenol #3. Aw, my bad! You forgot to say Codeine! Booyah!
